The climate may vary considerably between central and northern Peru. The northern coast climate is warm year round with slightly windy conditions in the afternoons during winter (march to november) but central Peru has colder and more humid conditions during those months. Water temperatures may also vary considerably according to the swell direction, even in the more tropical weather up north.
