The excellence reached by Octopus Surf Tours is the result of the works of its two main guides: Tour Operator 'Octopus' and his co-worker 'Magoo', both supported by a solid team of local surfers who contribute in different ways to assure the surfers have an awesome time while surfing in Peru.

Name: Marco Antonio Ravizza.

Background: Over 20 years surfing and guiding experience.

Job: To track the swells and determine the best time to be on the spot according to tide charts, wind conditions and local knowledge. Also in charge of any security matters.

Magoo:
Name: Magoo de la Rosa Toro.

Background: Seven time national surfing champion. He owns a surf school in Lima, and is known for being the coach of Peruvian surfer Sofia Mulanovich, Women's WCT Champion in 2004.

Respresentative of Billabong in Peru and producer of several national and international surf events.

Directs a sports program in Peru called “Free Ride”, all about surfing for Cable TV. He does in-water filming and has an important archive of old school 8mm and contemporary surf footage.

Job: To guide pro surfers and do surf camps for school or university groups.
